august

I came here for the first time a few summers ago with my mom. It was almost ten at night when we arrived, but the place was buzzing. We were seated in the back, in a candle-lit glassed-in garden, and spent almost two hours dining on wood oven fired pizza, trout wrapped around asparagus and bacon, and creamy, homemade gnocchi. I've been back many times since and like to share appetizers: the entrees are good, but the appetizers are better. Not too loud, and a terrific brunch.
