The easiest muffins you will ever make. The batter comes out thick, but DO NOT add eggs, water or oil as the mix box suggests. The pumpkin is a low-fat and low-cal replacement, and makes the muffins super moist. I hardly ever use boxed cake mixes, but these are great for a quick and easy snack.You'll hardly taste the pumpkin.
1 box Duncan Hines Devil's Food Cake Mix
1 15 oz can pumpkin
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine ingredients until smooth
Distribute equally among 12 greased muffin cups
Bake 15-20 minutes, or until just set in the center
